The LTCMR6016HB is a professional high solution night vision camera that will work outdoor or indoor, day and night. Built with a heavy responsibility weather immune aluminum case, this camera may likewise view up to 105 feet in finish darkness with 42 IR LEDs built-in. Inside the camera is a 1/3-Inch Sony SuperHAD CCD Sensor which provides 540TVL sharp images with a 6mm fixed lens. Easy to adjust wall mounting bracket which likewise hides the cable will make installation a breeze. This camera requires a DC12V power adapter with minimum 500mA (800mA recommended) and a video/power cable which are sold separately (please view LTS power adapters and cables).

Not bad for the price

I ordered this camera because of the price, but I was worried that there were no reviews. I think I’ll by another one, but with trepidation. The camera failed in the first ten minutes, but I was plugging and unplugging it a lot during mounting. I was ready to send it back, but I after an hour I hooked it up again and it worked. It is still working after 5 days. This camera has 6mm lens, as opposed to the standard 3.6. I first used it at the front door, but at night, it over exposed the face…this camera has a lot of LED lights. I moved it to the front yard. The resolution at 540 TVL is better than the previous 420 TVL camera, but it may be overkill as my Lorex Link DVR records at 480 TVL. Also the mounting options are not that flexible, my camera is under an overhang and I required the mounting to have the camera mount to the bottem of the mount. I actually had to modify the mount to make it work. I made a YouTube vid comparing 420 TVL camera to this LTS 540 TVL. Search “Lorex LTS” on YouYube to see.

good camera for the price

I am no expert, but have purchased several cameras. This one is my favorite so far. I have set up a couple of systems and am still learning what works well. This is a good outdoor camera with viewing range of 15-150 feet. The night vision function is also clear in total darkness. Make sure to use shielded cable (RG6) and pick the right lens for your application. I have purchased cameras with varifocal lenses at twice the price and this one is by far a better camera.

This camera died days after the return was up… I had to reinstall my old 2 years old camera … Could not see more the 15 feet clear … THis and the old camera both are 6mm .. Going back buying where I bough all my more then 30 cameras… Can’t keep changing cameras every 2 months.. It was packed very good and shipped fast but ened up with just a power pack
